Bladder Pumps
EON offers specially chosen Bladder Pumps that perform exceptionally well for purging, standard sampling, and low-flow sampling. Bladder pumps are available in several diameters and materials to accommodate most wells, and we can provide pumps, portable systems, or dedicated systems that are ready to install right out of the box.

Standard pumps operate in vertical and non-vertical positions and have zero submergence capability. A pneumatic controller and compressed air source are required separately for all bladder pumps.To preserve sample integrity, the drive air never contacts the sample.

A Complete Bladder Pump System Consists of the following:

  1. Pump Body
  2. Air tubing & sample discharge tubing from surface to the pump location
  3. Pneumatic controller to cycle the compressed air in and out of the down-hole pump
  4. A compressed air source with regulator and filter
  5. Optional well head seals for dedicated pumps
Standard Bladder Pump
EON’s standard size Bladder Pump fits into 2” and larger wells and is available in 2 ft. and 4 ft. lengths with a choice of PVC or stainless steel outer body and TeflonTM bladders for sample integrity. Our Bladder Pumps can pump to depths of 160 ft. with pumping rates from 100 ml/min to 2 L/min.

PVC Economy Bladder Pump
The PVC Economy Bladder Pump is ideal for applications where stainless steel is not required, including many landfill applications. This pump features a PVC body and TeflonTM bladder that can produce 35 ml (and up) per cycle. The PVC Economy Bladder Pump is designed to be used in wells that are 2-inches in diameter and larger and can reach to depths of up to 200 ft.

Small Diameter Bladder Pump
For small diameter and direct push wells we feature 3/4” and 1” diameter pumps, both with stainless steel bodies and TeflonTM bladders. The Mini Bladder Pumps are excellent for low-flow sampling in smaller wells to depths of 200 ft. Pumping rates from 5 ml/min up to 1 liter/min.
